• Canada - Extended Areas
- Standard Tracked Shipping: $14.99 CAD — Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days.
- Premium Insured Shipping: $19.99 CAD — Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days (Includes priority processing).
3. Important Note for Extended & Remote Areas
Please note: Deliveries to extended regions, remote communities, or northern territories (such as YT, NT, NU, or northern parts of the provinces) may experience minor transit extensions due to regional local courier schedules. Rest assured, your tracking number remains active throughout its entire journey.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages (Coverage & Protections)

• For Standard Tracked Shipping: If your package experiences no tracking updates for more than 45 business days, or arrives damaged, we will initiate an official inquiry with the carrier. Once the carrier verifies the status or damage, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
• For Premium Insured Shipping: You bypass the standard carrier investigation window (which can take weeks). If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, or if the item arrives damaged, your case receives priority status, and a brand-new replacement package will be dispatched immediately at no extra cost.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All packages clearing customs are subject to standard screening. While the vast majority of our parcels pass through smoothly without additional fees, any import duties, taxes, or local clearance charges levied upon arrival remain the responsibility of the recipient.
